NIN and Trent Reznor, I'm sure, has had an influence on all of us in some way.  Here is an interview he did recently that I enjoyed hearing.

  1. Not seeing the link. But I did see it wic a bunch or embed code on the edit side. Mayhaps if I use a real browser instead of me phone

    1. Rumor has it, flash doesn't work on iPhones because when Steve Jobs was trying to get some video editing software written for the early Macs, he asked Adobe to do it. They turned him down because they didn't think he had a big enough share of the market.

  3. Well, I got it from NPR. Here is a link with some of the transcript, as well as all the comments from the hater-ation! I don't see a link for a simple mp3, however.

  4. I looked on my computer and the link is good. I did read the recap on the NPR site. It reminded me that I haven't listened to how to destroy angels in a while. They had a "download our ep for free" a couple o years ago that my friend Jason turned me onto. Pretty cool

  5. Was the free EP "The Slip" from 2008? I just downloaded that one this summer. I thought it was nice how it came with a 14 page pdf file, and also, instead of using the standard U.S. copyright, they used a Creative Commons license.

    1. Also, I've never listened to How To Destroy Angels. Any good?

    2. Ep was self titled - how to destroy angels. Sounds like NIN with chic singer, maybe not as crazy, but definitely industrial. I like it. Maybe I'll put some on my fall mix. Bwa ha ha
